TERMS and CONDITIONS
Must mention or present coupon at initial meeting.
Must not be under contract with another Realtor, agent, person and/or business.
Must be willing to sign a buyer/broker agreement with Tobie McDonnell and Century21 Heritage Realty.
Must be verifiably pre-qualified by a banking institution.
Must be under contract to purchase a home with Tobie McDonnell acting as the buyer's agent in the transaction.
Only a basic home inspection will be offered. Any additional inspection items such as radon, mold, etc., will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated value of a standard home inspection is $350.00. Limited value of this coupon offer is no more than $350.00. When/if an inspection exceeds $350.00, the difference will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the home inspection is less than $350, the value of the coupon is worth only the cost of the inspection and no more.
If for any reason the purchase of the first home falls through, the agent will not buy additional inspections.
One coupon per transaction/client.
Coupon is not redeemable for cash.
Agent has ultimate final say in the disposition of this coupon and how it is used.
If a buyer is not satisfied with the outcome of an inspection, buyer is highly recommended and encouraged to acquire/hire the services of another inspector at their own expense.
Buyer/client acknowledges that the Agent is not responsible for any defects and/or damages either past, present or future; nor is she responsible for any expenses to correct, fix, upgrade and/or repair any defects and/or damages to any property inspected.
