Many of those homes closed escrow in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Although the 4th quarter was in the shadow of the expired Federal program, the market held its own. The Sales Price and Days on the Market really didn’t show significant change or indicate a trend worth mentioning. These numbers will reveal more in the coming months as we progress into CY 2011. |
